Since 2011 we have manufactured large thermoformed parts to demanding environments. In 2021 we invested to first-class machinery expanding our capacity and production possibilities.
Large thermoformed parts can be manufactured with precision and efficiency, especially when finished with our 5-axis CNC machine. Mold and prototype manufacturing can be done efficiently with our skilled design team.
Large and precise parts can be manufactured accurately and efficiently with our 5-axis CNC machine. Prototype and mold negatives can be manufactured rapidly with accuracy.
Work area is 3600 x 2600 x 1200 mm.
Wide variety of plastics in different sizes are no problem to our machines. Our largest machine has a workarea of 2500 x 3500 mm. In 2021 we invested to two new thermoforming machine, that through automation enables precision and speed.
In daily production we thermoform cast PMMA, PMMA/ABS sheets, and ABS sheets. Thermoformed parts can be reinforced with polyurethane or fiberglass.
Prototypes and mold negatives can be accurately and efficiently manufactured with our 5-axis CNC-machine. Fiberglass or aluminium resin molds van be easily made from machined mold negatives.
For large batch manufacturing we can provide cast aluminium molds in co-operation with our partners.
Our team is capable of designing and modelling complex parts and assemblies. With the help of SolidWorks we can model, render or simulate the designs.
Models can be rapidly sent to CNC for machining and to final parts, both prototypes and production parts.
